About the role
As our new Recruitment Consultant & Account Manager you are responsible for the sales and recruitment cycle from A to Z. You start by prospecting potential clients through various channels such as activating your own network, leads via our website, network events, lead generators, etc… in order to expand your network within the Benelux region. Once you close a deal and a project starts, you will be a SPOC for our client. At M18 it is our habit to communicate and interact regularly with clients to make sure they are well informed about the progress of their project.

You have a first B2B sales experience and a solid experience in the recruitment business. You have affinity with sales and marketing. You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good level of English.
