As Account Manager Indirect Sales you are the pivot in further developing and managing a network of partners (such as accounting firms and federations) in the West Flanders region. You actively look for new partners with whom you can establish a strong, professional relationship. You encourage them to promote our organization as the HR service provider for their clients.

You already have commercial experience in a service sector and have a strong affinity with HR/Payroll. You are a real relationship builder and you are fluent in Dutch. You are entrepreneurial and enthusiastic, and like to think outside the box to create new partnerships. In addition, you are a team player with a pragmatic, positive can-do mentality.
