ACCOUNT MANAGER INDIRECT SALES

Your challenge as Account Manager Indirect Sales:

As Account Manager Indirect Sales you are the pivot in further developing and managing a network of partners (such as accounting firms and federations) in the West Flanders region. You actively look for new partners with whom you can establish a strong, professional relationship. You encourage them to promote our organization as the HR service provider for their clients.

Who is our customer?

Our client is a leading player in the HR sector. As Account Manager Indirect Sales, you will be responsible for further developing their partner network, maintaining existing relationships as well as bringing new partners on board.

Why we want to meet you:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a service industry;
  • Affinity for HR and/or accounting;
  • Passionate about maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities;
  • A fluent level of Dutch. If you can speak English and/or French, that’s a plus.

You already have commercial experience in a service sector and have a strong affinity with HR/Payroll. You are a real relationship builder and you are fluent in Dutch. You are entrepreneurial and enthusiastic, and like to think outside the box to create new partnerships. In addition, you are a team player with a pragmatic, positive can-do mentality.
