With your management experience and infectious energy, you can motivate, manage and train your team, and with your sales background, you understand what people need to achieve their goals.
You will have a strong understanding of the acquisition cost per customer, what conversion rates are targeted and how these can be used as a steering tool for sales and marketing actions in your region. You understand where the potential lies and continuously help find ways to make the most of it. You will report to the Sales Manager.
