Your challenge as Branch Manager

As Branch Manager Antwerp, you are responsible for the operational and strategic management of your region. You lead a team of 60 employees and optimize processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build, coach and lead a team of 60 employees including 4 team leaders, 45 agents, 12 administrative workers and 2-3 product specialists

• Managing the P&L for your region.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction

• Optimizing processes

• Report to the COO and contribute to strategic decisions within the MT

• Implementing change processes, such as new IT tools

Why we want to meet you

• Experience in managing operational teams (+25 employees).

• Strong organizational skills and analytical acumen.

• Fluent in Dutch and good in English.
