Business Development Manager Flanders

Our client Eranovum is looking for a Business Development Manager to help shape further growth in Flanders. In this role you will combine strategic insight with commercial decisiveness, build partnerships with real estate partners, and contribute to an ambitious network of EV fast chargers in Flanders.

Your challenge as a Business Development Manager

After the successful launch in Belgium in 2023, Eranovum is now expanding its network further. As Business Development Manager Flanders, you will be responsible for expanding the EV fast charging network in the Flanders region.

Specifically?
You’ll identify and secure top locations for charging stations – from retail parks and commercial sites to hospitality, leisure and sports venues – and develop strategies to engage these sectors around sustainable charging solutions. With your existing network of owners, brokers, consultants and subcontractors, you know how to expedite deals and negotiate partnerships that meet the specific needs of each sector. As a local expert, you know the market, monitor the competition and help guide strategy in Flanders.

You will work closely with the Country Manager Belgium and with internal teams to get new sites operational. Your office is in Brussels, but your real working area is Flanders.

Why do we want to get to know you?

Because you:

  • Have 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail property or with an EV operator
  • Have a strong network in Flanders (real estate, brokers, legal and technical partners)
  • Have proven experience in site acquisition or real estate partnerships
  • have credibility and clout in the Flemish marketplace
  • Communicates fluently in Dutch and English (French or Spanish is a plus)
  • Have an affinity for technology, innovation and sustainability
