You have Already have commercial experience and are familiar with prospecting. In addition have you affinity with HR/Payroll and a passie to advise customers and provide customized solutions. Your speaks fluent Dutch, are enterprising, enthusiastic, as well as keep thereof om out-of-the-box ideas in order to in this way your customers as best as possible and tailored to help. Finally, as a Business Development Manager a real team player with a pragmatic ‘can-do’ mentality.
