BUSINESS DIRECTOR SAAS (deputy CEO)

Your challenge

As Business Director SaaS you manage an independent business unit in Belgium within a leading international software group. You are ultimately responsible for the operation, the team, the commercial growth and the P&L of your entity, with a direct impact on the Belgian organization and the group.

You combine people leadership with strategic insight, commercial clout and operational excellence. You function as the right hand of the CEO and represent the organization to external stakeholders, partners and international headquarters.

You will have the opportunity to further establish, structure and build a relatively young organization, with a lot of autonomy and in close cooperation with the CEO and the Managing Director of the BU at the international level.

Why do we want to get to know you?

You are an experienced leader with a strong track record:

  • At least 15 years of experience, including several years in a final responsibility role (BU Director, Ops Director, Deputy MD…)
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally focused on the SME market
  • Strong in sales, strategy and people leadership
  • Language skills: fluent in Dutch & French, good knowledge of English
  • You are entrepreneurial, analytical and decisive
  • You inspire, challenge and build sustainable teams and structures
