COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Your challenge

As Commercial Director, you take strategic and operational charge of the commercial activities of three leading companies in Belgium. You manage a team of 15 employees and are responsible for developing the commercial strategy, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales results. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you create structure, optimize processes and build bridges between internal and external stakeholders to further strengthen growth.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in a B2B service industry.
  • You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and possess strong stakeholder management skills.

  • In addition, you are communicatively strong, relational and entrepreneurial, with a proven track record in business development and P&L responsibility.
