About this opportunity

As Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate on the growth of Teamoty in Belgium and eventually in the Benelux. You will ensure the flawless on-boarding of customers (including configuring the software), answer their questions and ensure that customers are satisfied and stay satisfied. Also, regular customer contact allows you to identify new requests which you discuss with your fellow Business Developer.

Who are you?

You have several years of experience in a Customer Success role in solutions sales, software focused. If you have knowledge of the construction industry, that’s an advantage. You are fluent in Dutch and French, and have a fluent command of English.

You are driven, goal-oriented, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, therefore you feel at home at a high-growth scale-up. You are communicative, analytical and strong at actively listening to customers. You like the freedom to handle things your way but also enjoy working as part of a team. Finally, you are at your best in a dynamic, transparent and no-nonsense environment with a focus on people.
