About the role

Your duties:

1. DATABASE MANAGEMENT:
   Depending on client assignments, you will work to set up, complete & manage our database of physicians et al. stakeholders. You take actions to maintain good relationships with panelists so that they want to make time to participate in Optigage research. Think: community building, targeted communications, building relationships, making Optigage known to the target audience and being a point of contact for them.
2. RESEARCH ELABORATION & DATA COLLECTION
   In consultation with your colleagues, translate client research objectives into a research design (from short pulse surveys to longer surveys and innovative survey methods such as knowledge tests). In addition, you are responsible for data collection.
3. DATA QUALITY, DATA ANALYTICS & REPORTING
   Within your research design, you control data quality and structure the data for analysis and reporting. You will use some of the existing dashboards for this purpose. Together with your colleagues, you co-create new reports that are coordinated with clients.

Requirements

You have a strong interest in working with data: setting up research, collecting data, editing, visualizing insights in dashboards. You have mastered a basic Excel, PowerPoint and SPSS but you also enjoy discovering and using new data tools. You are pragmatic and eager to learn in a small dynamic team. You work in a planned, independent and problem-solving manner. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
You analyze with common sense and share your conclusions in plain language.
