About Normec BTV

Your challenge as External Sales East and West Flanders

As External Sales Antwerp-Limburg, you are a crucial link in the further growth of Normec BTV. You focus on building new customer relationships and strengthening existing collaborations. This role offers you the opportunity to help build a successful company in full expansion.

What will you do?

  • Cross-selling: Deepen relationships and increase deal value with existing customers (40% of your time).
  • Acquire new customers: Actively prospect through cold calling, networking and leads from marketing campaigns (60% of your time).
  • Manage long-term sales processes: Patience and perseverance are essential; the sales cycle ranges from 3-6 months to several years.
  • Collaborate with technical experts: You will receive support for in-depth technical discussions.
  • Working with various stakeholders: From prevention services to procurement and finance.

You will report to the Sales Manager West.

  • Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and a basic knowledge of French and English.
