Your Role as Sales Lead Belgium:

As Sales Lead Belgium, you will have the unique opportunity to further develop the Belgian market. You will be the driving force behind lasting customer relationships and turn every opportunity into a success story. You will visit customers, listen to their needs and convince them of BÈTA Industrie’s innovative solutions. Whether it’s generating new business, strengthening existing relationships or spotting commercial opportunities, you ensure the growth of the Belgian market.

Who are you and why we want to meet you?

We are looking for a strong Sales Lead with the following profile:

  • You have 5 to 7 years of experience in selling technical solutions and a good knowledge of technical products and systems.
  • You are communicatively strong, results-oriented and commercially driven.
  • As a proactive self-starter, you see opportunities and take initiative. You like to work autonomously and organize efficiently from your home office.
  • You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch and English and experience with complex sales processes.
