As a reliable partner for installers, HS Climate Solutions offers high-quality, innovative climate systems. It is a Dutch organization that is currently growing strongly in Belgium. They combine ambition with attention to quality, and their mission is clear: to make sustainable, energy-efficient climate systems accessible to everyone.

In Belgium, the company is based in Ham and the entire organization consists of a close and driven team of about 25 colleagues. With a focus on cooperation, humor and enthusiasm, they have created a working environment where everyone feels at home and where results are achieved with pleasure.

Your Role as Sales Engineer:

To continue its growth in Belgium, HS Climate Solutions is looking for an ambitious Sales Engineer. In this role you will have the opportunity to lift the East and West Flanders region and part of Antwerp to a higher level.

The HVAC market offers enormous potential, and you will be the key to exploiting these opportunities. You actively prospect, spot market opportunities and respond strategically. Your end customers are installers, but you play a central role in working the entire ecosystem around these end customers. This means that you work closely with a diverse group of professionals, including architects, engineering firms and interior designers.

Who are you and why we want to meet you for the role of Sales Engineer?

We are looking for a strong and ambitious Sales Engineer with the following profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience selling technical solutions to B2B customers.
  • You have a strong technical affinity and if you have experience with HVAC products/solutions that is a nice plus.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of English.
  • You are a hands-on self-starter and have a sense of initiative and do not shy away from a challenge.
  • You are communicatively strong, listen well, sense people and effortlessly build relationships with prospects and customers.
  • You derive satisfaction from developing lasting and honest relationships with existing, former and potential clients.
