Your challenge as Sales Manager West

As Sales Manager West, you will have the opportunity to grow with a company in full expansion within a challenging market. You will play a key role in defining and implementing commercial strategies and will have plenty of room for your ideas and entrepreneurship. From your region East and West Flanders and Brussels you will work on the development of a healthy and growing customer portfolio, developing strong partnerships and creating commercial alignment with the sector managers.

What will you do?

  • Commercial management and expanding the East and West Flanders and Brussels regions.
  • Cross-selling: Deepening relationships and increasing deal value with existing customers (40% of your time).
  • New customer acquisition: Actively prospect through cold calling, networking and leads from marketing campaigns (60% of your time).
  • Manage long-term sales processes: Patience and perseverance are essential; the sales cycle ranges from 3-6 months to several years.
  • Collaborate with technical experts: You will receive support for in-depth technical conversations.
  • Working with various stakeholders: From prevention services to procurement and finance.

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in solution-oriented B2B sales, ideally in the service industry
  • Affinity: Interest in technical services.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and a basic knowledge of French and English.
