As Senior Account Manager you’ll be advising and guiding companies regarding their corporate and/or crisis communications. You will prospect to develop a client portfolio, and you will manage a number of existing clients together with the existing team. With both your prospects and clients you identify opportunities to offer tailor-made services, and you develop relationships in order to become the trusted advisor for their PR needs. As the main interface (SPOC) for the client you are responsible for managing and delivering all required corporate communication services and more, thereby striving for customer satisfaction, client retention and upselling. Your main contacts at clients are at C-level (CEO, CMO,…) and within clients’ Corporate Communications units.

Because you have several years of PR/corporate communications experience, a background in developing new business and a relevant network.You have a strong interest in PR and communication, and have very good level of Dutch, French and English.
And last but not least, you describe yourself as autonomous, pragmatic, flexible,curious with a broad interest in current news and (social) media trends, stress resistant and you have eye for detail.
