About the role

As Sales Representative for Belgium you are a key member of the Benelux Commercial team. You are responsible for managing and further growing revenues at existing clients, as well as for identifying and signing-up clients (points of sales – POS). You will visit the POS in order to analyze product visibility against agreed planogram, negotiate promotions and make sure that these are properly implemented, and give demos and trainings to the sales force at the POS. Your clients are mainly the POS from wholesalers in roofing, sanitary, industrial hardware and construction… Your clients are initially more in the Flemish region whilst over time you’ll be expanding to Brussels and the Walloons.

You have a first work experience as a merchandiser or sales representative with points-of-sale (POS) of wholesalers/distributors in a technical sector. You are Dutch speaking and at ease in French.

Last but not least: you combine rigor, planning and organisational talent with a commercial- and client oriented approach as well as strong communication skills.
