About this opportunity
As Indirect Sales Manager you’ll lead the indirect sales team of 5 Account Managers and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective indirect sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
You’ll mainly work from the Brussels office and have the possibly to work from home 2 days/week.
Who are you?
You’re a driven manager with a proven track record in indirect sales management, channel partner development, or distributor management. Your background in the dynamic world of B2B services sets you apart. The ability to communicate fluently in Dutch and French, with a good level of English as an asset. Finally, you are a passionate, commercial, and goal-driven individual who is a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and a knack for effective communication.
