About the role
As our new Recruitment Consultant, you will have end-to-end responsibility for your recruitment projects. To start you will take part in client/prospect briefings to obtain a clear view on the role, the client and their expectations and needs. You then become responsible for managing the recruitment project, thereby preparing the candidate briefing, ensuring an effective, timely and consistent inflow, of candidates for the “long list” as well as their screening and follow-up, and selecting a strong short list. At M18 it is our habit to communicate and interact regularly with clients, building a strong partnership and making sure they are well informed about the progress of their project. You’ll do so, before, during and after the introduction of your top candidates and the selection.

You have a first recruitment and/or B2B sales experience and a degree of higher education. You have affinity with sales and marketing. You are fluent in Dutch and have a good level of English and/or French.
