Head of Client Management

For an international player known for its exceptional service culture, we are looking for a Head of Client Management ready to make a real difference in Belgium.

Your challenge as Head of Client Management

In this key role, you will operate at the very heart of the commercial organization. You will lead the teams responsible for account management, customer service, and customer success — together representing a department of around 40 employees.

Your mission is clear:

  • further strengthen customer retention
  • accelerate commercial growth through cross- and upsell
  • support the transition from a single core service to broader mobility solutions
  • build a proactive, value-driven customer approach

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You stay close to the business, coach team leaders, and take ownership in critical customer situations.

In short: you turn client management into a true growth engine.

  • strong customer orientation and commercial drive
  • experience in high-volume service sales (SME/SOHO/B2C is a plus)
  • comfortable with change and transformation
  • analytically strong with a strategic mindset
  • fluent in Dutch, with professional knowledge of English and French
