In this key role, you will operate at the very heart of the commercial organization. You will lead the teams responsible for account management, customer service, and customer success — together representing a department of around 40 employees.
Your mission is clear:
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You stay close to the business, coach team leaders, and take ownership in critical customer situations.
