For Normec BTV, part of the fast-growing Normec Group, we are looking for a Key Account Manager: a role with responsibility, impact, and plenty of room for entrepreneurship.

 

Your challenge as Key Account Manager

Normec BTV has big ambitions and wants to accelerate its growth. As Key Account Manager, you play a key role in this: you develop strategic account plans for the top 100 customers, strengthen relationships at all levels, and identify new commercial opportunities.

You ensure uniform contract terms at the national level, negotiate new terms where necessary, and actively work on retention, up- and cross-selling. In addition, you are a bridge builder: you work closely with sector managers within Normec BTV to translate customer needs into strategic actions.

You are given freedom and confidence to determine your own approach, but you are never alone.

Normec BTV has been a fixture in technical inspections and audits in Belgium for almost 100 years. The company is an expert in performing safety inspections of technical installations, with more than 430 employees spread over 9 sites.

Since 2021, Normec BTV has been part of the Normec Group, an international player with 6,000 employees combining innovation and safety in a rapidly changing world.

Why do we want to meet you?

Because you combine experience with vision. You know how to create a strategic account plan, how to build relationships at C-level, and how to turn commercial opportunities into results.

We see in you someone with at least 10 years of experience in B2B sales within the services sector, and at least 3-5 years of experience in key account management. You have an affinity for technical services and experience with framework contracts and complex stakeholders.

In addition, you are:

  • Hands-on, independent and solution-oriented;
  • Strong in communication and stakeholder management;
  • Structured and analytical;
  • Relationally skilled and customer-oriented;
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English.
