Your Challenge as a Sales Director 

As the Sales Director Belgium at Swisspearl, you will lead a team of 5 Area Sales Managers like a true “conductor.”  

Your mission?  

Elevate Swisspearl to the next level by driving strategic growth, strengthening existing relationships, and seizing new market opportunities. You’ll develop and implement a strategic sales plan, introduce innovative sales methods, and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals together.
