About the role

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for operational management in combination with sales on the field. You
report to the Director Sales & Marketing.
Your responsibilities:

  • People and sales management of a team of 8.
  • Strategic account management.
  • Contributing to the further development of Ayming.

At the moment they are transforming the Benelux environment and are looking for a key figure in this change.

Requirements

Because you are:

  • Experienced Sales Manager
  • Proven track record in B2B consultative selling
  • Fluent in Dutch and French with a good level of English

Last but not least, you are hands-on, a natural coach, an excellent communicator and have affinity with complex topics such as  Hr, Finance, R&D…
