Are you driving the commercial engine of Twin Promotion? As BU Director Promotion, you will build a scalable sales and marketing apparatus and combine strategy with hands-on leadership. In this role you will eventually have the prospect of advancement to a general management role.
You take the final direction of sales and marketing and redesign the commercial apparatus. You set clear processes, KPIs and reporting, build an integrated team (sales, marketing, controlling) and ensure predictable results. You translate ambition into concrete actions in the field, guide sales people in their deals, steer on data, margin and efficiency and at the same time keep in touch with the market to quickly cash in on new opportunities. You balance family entrepreneurship with professional governance and report directly to the BoD.
Twin Promotion is a Belgian developer, promoter and operator of vacation homes, active on the Côte d’Opale and Côte d’Azur. The company combines project development, sales and operation, and aims to triple sales within a few years. With about 60 employees, Twin Promotion is known for commercial clout, transparency and focus on results. You have experience in direct sales, reaching closing in short cycles and realizing on average 1-2 larger deals per month (e.g. investment goods). In addition, you are familiar with lead generation and have successfully led and professionalized commercial teams. You work strategically, structured and data-driven, but remain hands-on when you need to. As a people manager you listen, challenge and develop talent; as a commercial leader you guard focus, discipline and funnel follow-up. You communicate clearly, build lasting relationships with stakeholders and are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
You will have a key position with direct impact on the commercial direction and future of the company. You will build a sales and marketing organization that is scalable and in which your signature can be recognized. You will work closely with and be coached by the Executive Board in a phase of strong professionalization.
