Do you like to fine-tune the commercial engine of Twin Promotion?
As BU Director Promotion, you will build a scalable sales and marketing organization, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to grow into a broader general management position over time.
You take full ownership of sales and marketing and redesign the commercial organization. You establish clear processes, KPIs, and reporting, build an integrated team (sales, marketing, controlling), and ensure predictable results. You translate ambition into concrete actions in the field, coach salespeople in their deals, manage based on data, margins, and efficiency, and at the same time stay closely connected to the market to quickly capitalize on new opportunities. You balance a family-driven entrepreneurial spirit with professional governance and report directly to the Board of Directors.
Twin Promotion is a Belgian developer, promoter, and operator of holiday homes, active on the Côte d’Opale and the Côte d’Azur. The company combines project development, sales, and operations, and aims to triple its sales within the next few years. With around 60 employees, Twin Promotion is known for its commercial strength, transparency, and results-oriented approach. The culture is entrepreneurial and eager to learn, with room for feedback, responsibility, and personal growth.
You have experience in direct sales, closing deals in short cycles and achieving an average of one to two larger deals per month (for example, investment goods). You are also familiar with lead generation and have successfully led and professionalized commercial teams. You work strategically, in a structured and data-driven way, but remain hands-on when needed. As a people manager, you listen, challenge, and develop talent; as a commercial leader, you safeguard focus, discipline, and funnel follow-up. You communicate clearly, build sustainable relationships with stakeholders, and are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
You will hold a key position with direct impact on the company’s commercial direction and future. You will build a scalable sales and marketing organization in which your personal signature will be clearly visible. You will work closely with, and be coached by, the Board of Directors during a phase of strong professionalization.
