As HR Business Partner, you will manage all human resource activities in Belgium, including recruitment, on-boarding, training & development, compensation & benefits, payroll, HR administration, social legislation… You will build an HR structure with guidelines and processes for both ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ HR and be responsible for their implementation.
You will work closely with the various line managers in Belgium and report to the Operations Director Benelux.

Having at least 5 years of experience in an HR related position in addition to higher studies. In addition, you have good knowledge of payroll and social legislation. You are fluent in Dutch and have a good level of French and English.
Finally, you are a self-starter with a great sense of responsibility and organizational skills. You communicate strongly, are empathetic and diplomatic, and function excellently within a team.
