Your challenge:

As Key Account Manager, you will manage from A-Z about 10 key accounts in Belgium with the goal of developing and growing them. Your clients are construction contractors, fiber companies and telecom operators.

You do this by building relationships at various levels with the client and making sure you get to know the client through and through and know what direction they are moving in. You actively listen, continuously spot new opportunities (up- and cross-selling) and capitalize on them. Work with vendors to discuss potential projects to offer customized and adapted solutions. You make quotations and discuss/negotiate them with the customer, and you solve problems.

In addition to your commercial tasks, you are ambitious by helping to think about commercial strategy at the account level. For the largest clients you prepare Account plans as well as “rolling forecasts,” important for the purchasing department. You will contribute to the further development of the company in order to achieve the goals together with your colleagues.

Why we want to meet you:

You have already experience in the telecom or constructionsector and interest in engineering/telecom. In addition, you have several years of experience in solution selling and management of large accounts. Je are fluent in Dutch and have a good level of French and English. And “last but not least‘, you bent results-oriented, hands-on, enterprising, relational, empathetic and commercially minded.
