REGION SALES MANAGER

Your challenge

As Sales Manager, you will actively help build our client’s impressive growth story, and you will be responsible for managing a group of 10 offices, each with 2 consultants, in the Antwerp region. You will work closely with consultants and ensure the development of your team (inside sales and outside sales).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth of the offices, as well as the success of the temporary workers and the companies they serve. You will be involved in establishing strategic planning, coaching, and achieving sales goals.

You monitor the offices on a daily basis and make adjustments as needed so that turnover targets are met. You do this by coaching and training teams on-the-job from your commercial acumen and experience. Through lead by example, you turn theory into practice: together you go out on the road, visiting prospects and customers and showing them how to be successful. Upon completion, you provide constructive feedback and flawless debriefing to inside sales so they can get started right away. In this way, you will be the enterprising helmsman/woman who takes the helm and ensures that the Antwerp region grows, both in terms of turnover and on a team and service level.

We want to meet you because:

As the ideal candidate, you possess:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as sales in the staffing industry and are ready for the next step;
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals;
  • Affinity with the construction or manufacturing industry;
  • Fluent in Dutch with some notions of West Flemish 😉.
