As Senior HR Manager you set out the HR strategy and are responsible for its implementation. As leader of the group’s HR activities, you develop policies and set out HR processes for the entire employee journey. Your goal is to further define and strengthen the company culture and to strive for employee satisfaction.
You are also responsible for following-up on the evolution of social legislation and ensuring its application. You will be the glue between the people at HQ and the various international subsidiaries.
As HR you are a key member of the Executive Team. You lead, in dotted line, the HR Coordinators as well as an HR Specialist for contracts, payroll and recruitment.

You have a proven track-record in a similar HR role and are at ease operating within an international context. You enjoy moving around and are flexible to travel internationally to the different subsidiaries (max 35% travel).
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
Last but not least, you are described as entrepreneurial, able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, relational, empathic and team oriented.
