As a senior member of the Specialist Brand Division leadership team, you will lead and deliver the continued growth and success of the Ardennes Étape brand by leading the local team of 45 people and collaborating with core functions such as Finance, Supply etc. within the wider Awaze Group. Your key responsibilities include strategy, business development, leadership and people development, and last but not least P&L/EBITDA ownership.
Awaze is the largest growing managed vacation rentals business in Europe, which brings together some of the Europe’s most trusted travel brands, including cottages.com, Hoseasons and Novasol. The company’s mission is to be the largest and fastest-growing managed vacation rental business in Europe with as vision ‘to delight guests and owners’.
Awaze is achieving their ambitions through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions that are either integrated in the three core brands or are part of the specialized brand division (SBD). Ardennes Étape which is based in Stavelot (Wallonia) is a special and high performing brand within SBD with beautiful properties, a fantastic experience for owners and guests, and care for the environment. Due to its success Ardennes Étape is the market leader in the region with very strong brand awareness.
