Your Challenge as Business Development & Partnership Manager

You will build new partnerships within the Belgian market while strengthening existing client relationships as a trusted consultant who actively thinks along with partners about how they can serve their end customers better and more intelligently.

Around 60% of your time will focus on opening new doors across sectors such as banking, telecom, travel, utilities, and automotive. The remaining 40% will be dedicated to growing existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic projects.

This is a brand-new position within the Benelux Sales & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Why We’d Like to Get to Know You

Do you have at least 5 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within travel, insurance, telecom, utilities, or automotive? Do you have a proven track record in both hunting and farming? Then we’d love to hear from you.

We would especially like to meet you if you:

  • Build new networks and knock on doors others don’t even notice
  • Bring B2B2C experience and understand how to sell to end customers through partners
  • Think like a consultant, proactively identifying opportunities instead of waiting for a briefing
  • Communicate fluently in Dutch and English, and can navigate conversations in French
  • Are comfortable working with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales methodologies
