For Normec BTV, part of the fast-growing Normec Group, we are looking for a Key Account Manager — a role with responsibility, real impact, and plenty of room for entrepreneurship.
Normec BTV has strong ambitions and aims to accelerate its growth in the coming years. As Key Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in achieving this. You develop and implement strategic account plans, initially focusing on the top 30 customers, and gradually expanding your portfolio.
By building long-term relationships at multiple levels within client organizations and proactively identifying new commercial opportunities, you contribute directly to sustainable growth.
You ensure consistent contract terms at national level, negotiate new conditions where needed, and actively work on retention, upselling and cross-selling. In addition, you act as a true bridge-builder, working closely with sector managers within Normec BTV to translate customer needs into concrete strategic actions.
You are given the freedom and trust to define your own approach — while never standing alone.
Normec BTV has been a trusted name in technical inspections and audits in Belgium for nearly 100 years. The company specializes in safety inspections of technical installations and employs more than 430 people across 9 locations.

You bring:
At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales within a service-driven environment
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management
Affinity with technical services and experience with framework agreements and complex stakeholder environments
You are also:
Hands-on, autonomous and solution-oriented
Strong in communication and stakeholder management
Structured and analytical
Relationship-driven and customer-focused
Fluent in Dutch, with a good working knowledge of French and English
