For Swisspearl, we are currently looking for an Industrial Sales Manager to further shape their growth in the Dutch prefab and housebuilding market. A role for someone who feels comfortable at the intersection of technical and commercial thinking – and who is motivated by developing customers over the long term.
In this role, you take ownership of Swisspearl’s further development within the prefab and modular building segment in the Netherlands.
You strengthen and expand existing customer relationships, while bringing structure to how opportunities are identified, developed, and followed up. At the same time, you actively explore new customers and applications where Swisspearl can create value.
What makes this role particularly interesting is that it rarely revolves around standard solutions.
You listen, analyze, and collaborate closely with internal teams to shape solutions that are both technically sound and commercially relevant.
You engage with a variety of stakeholders – from work planners to decision-makers – and understand how to position Swisspearl as a partner that thinks along with the customer, rather than a traditional supplier.
You work autonomously from the market, supported by colleagues at Swisspearl Netherlands and other teams across the international organization.
