For Dirafrost, a rapidly expanding frozen fruit solutions provider and part of the AGRANA Group, we are looking for a Sales Manager Food Service ready to shape the next growth chapter.

Your challenge as Sales Manager Food Service

In this role, you will take the lead in international sales activities within Out-of-Home and Food Specialties.

You will manage an experienced team of Key Account Managers and exclusive agents while strengthening Dirafrost’s market position across Europe (Benelux, DACH, France and other growth regions).

Your mission includes:

  • developing and executing the commercial strategy
  • setting clear KPIs and guidelines for your team
  • supporting key accounts in negotiations and long-term partnerships
  • fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, innovation and supply chain
  • translating market trends into customer-specific solutions

You combine strategic insight with hands-on leadership, bringing energy and drive into an international sales organization.

Dirafrost Frozen Fruit Industry, based in Lummen, offers a wide portfolio of frozen fruit solutions: mono fruit, mixes, purees, coulis, and innovative smoothie portions.

  • B2B sales experience in food service / OOH markets
  • strong affinity and network within the food industry
  • proven leadership of international commercial teams

  • fluent in Dutch and English (French and/or German is a plus)

You are a coaching leader who empowers others while ensuring execution and alignment.
